Meet The Team

Sophie Sayer

Sophie is a managing executive at ITGP. Following an undergraduate degree in business management at the University of East Anglia, she worked for Van Haren Publishing in its UK sales team. In 2009, Sophie joined IT Governance Ltd and specialised in sales and account management to the big e-book libraries worldwide. In 2017, Sophie was promoted to oversee all aspects of the publishing business.


Emma Hodgkinson

Emma is publishing team administrator at ITGP. She has an MA in information services management from London Metropolitan University. Emma’s previous roles include information assistant at the Natural History Museum and library manager at a government regulator.


Vicki Utting

With more than ten years’ experience in the publishing industry, Vicki has held roles in marketing, production and management, most recently becoming managing executive at ITGP.

Having gained this experience in a fast-growing, fast-moving niche of the publishing industry, Vicki is able to provide unparalleled guidance and support to authors through every step of their publishing journey.

Vicki holds a first-class BSc(Hons) in business management and a professional diploma in marketing.


Nicky Day

Nicky joined the ITGP team in September 2018 as an editorial assistant. Following the completion of her English Literature degree at Sheffield Hallam University, she worked as a publishing assistant for an office supplies wholesaler.


Andreas Chrysostomou

Andreas is the business devlopment manager for ITGP. He has over 8 years of sales and customer service experience working in world leading companies. He also has a BA(hons) degree in Enterprise and Entrepreneurial Management.


Peter Mangles

Peter is the toolkit development manager at ITGP. He has a degree in Computer Science and Economic History from Glasgow University, along with a Post Graduate teaching qualification. However, he was lured away by the bright lights of; Pre-Press, Printing and ISO 9001 manual creation. He has wide ranging technical knowledge and experience and has led national teams providing services on behalf of companies including  Apple and O2. He has also created and delivered custom courses internationally on behalf of Vodafone. His previous role was project managing the implementation of a Global Customer Service System for GRCI Group Plc.
