We understand that a complete toolkit might contain more documents than you need. This is why IT Governance Publishing offers you the chance to build your own toolkit so you only purchase the documents you require.
With this service you can choose any of our documentation templates – written by expert practitioners – to create a toolkit for use with your organisation’s own projects.
ITGP’s market-leading toolkits cover a wide range of subjects, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO 27001, the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) and many more.
As many standards and regulations overlap, this service gives you the opportunity to pick templates from different toolkits to create your own.

Things to Know
Maximum and minimum orders: There is no minimum requirement, so you can choose the number of templates you need. There is also no maximum, but if we believe it’s better value for you to purchase the full toolkit, we will advise so. We want you to get the best deal.
Price: All prices are based on the number of templates you need. For more information or a quote please email email@example.com.
Timeline: We aim to send you your personalised toolkit within five working days.
What's included: All of our records, policies and procedures are included in this service. Many of our tools are also available, but some might not be relevant outside of the full toolkit. We will advise you of this if these are requested.
Support: This service comes with 12 months’ drafting support, including assistance setting up, customising and using the templates. It does not include consultancy support.
Refunds: As documentation toolkits cannot be physically returned, we are unable to offer refunds. Please check that your chosen format is suitable before completing your purchase.
*Note: You are purchasing templates that are compatible with Office 2016, 2013, 2010 and 2007. If you use one of these Office versions on a Mac, or use an older version of Office, please contact us.
Macros: In our regular toolkits this is our automation service, which will populate the documents with common information such as company name, logo and job roles. This service is available for free when you purchase 15 or more templates. It can be purchased for £5 if you don’t meet the minimum requirement. Please note that this service is not available for Mac users.
Contents list: For an extra £15 we will create a personalised contents list with hyperlinks to all your documents.
